Arabic Natural Language
Processing at ISIA 2022.
Title of the special session: Arabic Natural Language Processing:Developments and challenges.
Description: Arabic NLP has known important interest and growth in recent years as may witness the increasing number of publications in different NLP tasks over the world. Nevertheless, Arabic is still considered as a low resources language among the community and there is no dedicated workshops or special sessions in Algeria. Hence the objective of this session is to provide a venue at ISIA 2022 for Arabic NLP researchers whatever the problem they are addressing.

– Arabic sentiment analysis.
– Arabic Hate Speech recognition.
– Arabic sarcasm and humor detection.
– Arabic fake news detection.
– Arabic text summarization.

Papers should be written in English and should not exceed 06 pages using the IEEE template, https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html
Papers for the special session must be submitted via email to: anlp.isia2022@gmail.com and will be double blind reviewed.
Important dates:
paper submission deadline: September 10th, extended to September 20th, 2022.
Notification for authors: October 30th, 2022.
Camera Ready: November, 10th 2022.
Special Session: November 30th, 2022.
